------------------------------------------------------------------- The information in this article applies to: - Microsoft Publisher version 2.0 ------------------------------------------------------------------- SYMPTOMS ======== In Publisher, when the default printer is a Hewlett-Packard (HP) DeskJet series printer using the DeskJet printer driver version 2.14 and the Print Quality option is set to Draft, WordArt may generate the error message "No True Type fonts found" even though TrueType fonts are enabled in Control Panel and are accessible in all other applications within Windows. RESOLUTION ========== 1. Change the printer driver option from Draft to either Normal or Presentation. -or- 2. Obtain an updated version of the printer driver from Hewlett-Packard. MORE INFORMATION ================ When version 2.14 of the HP DeskJet 500C printer driver is being used by Windows and the printer driver is set to Draft, WordArt 2.0 doesn't detect TrueType fonts. Selecting Normal or Presentation mode causes WordArt to detect the presence of TrueType fonts.
