RESOLUTION ========== The problem can be easily fixed by doing one of the following: - Start Windows's File Manager and double-click the CD-ROM driver such that the directory of CD-ROM is displayed. Press F5 to refresh the CD- ROM directory. After performing these steps, you can start Books Online and will not receive the errors. -or- - Go to the MS-DOS prompt and change to the CD-ROM drive. Create a directory listing by typing "dir". Lastly, start Books Online. You will not receive the errors. Additional reference words: 1.50 KBCategory: kbtool kbprb KBSubcategory: TlsMisc
