To create a macro that will run each time you start Microsoft Works, follow these steps:
- Create a macro file.
- Save the macro file with the same name and in the same folder as the application.
- Give the macro file the suffix “(keys).” For example, if the application icon is named “Microsoft Works 3.0,” create a macro file named “Microsoft Works 3.0(keys).”
- Microsoft Works will automatically open the macro file when it starts up.
