------------------------------------------------------------------- The information in this article applies to: - Microsoft Publisher, versions 2.0, 2.0a, 2.0 CD, and 2.0a CD - Microsoft Special Occasions Design Pack version 1.0 ------------------------------------------------------------------- SYMPTOMS ======== When using the Special Occasions Design Pack, you cannot print certain BorderArt images upside down (for example, on pages 2 or 3 of a side-fold greeting card). However, all of the BorderArt images will print right-side up. Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Special Occasions Design Pack version 1.0, which also shipped with Publisher version 2.0-CD. This problem was corrected in Special Occasions Design Pack version 1.0a and in Publisher 2.0a-CD. To obtain Special Occasions Design Pack version 1.0a, call the Microsoft Order Desk at (800) 360-7561. If you are outside the United States, contact the Microsoft subsidiary for your area. To locate your subsidiary, call the Microsoft International Sales Information Center at (425) 936-8661. WORKAROUND ========== Publisher 2.0a -------------- If you have Publisher 2.0a, the following allows you to print the BorderArt upside-down: 1. Select the object with the BorderArt. 2. Copy it. 3. From the Edit menu, choose Paste Special and select Paste Picture. NOTE: This will not work with Publisher 2.0. See below. Publisher 2.0 ------------- There are 30 different BorderArt images in the Special Occasions Design Pack. Below is a listing of the BorderArt images that WILL print correctly upside-down: - Apples - Baby Pacifier - Baby Rattle - Bats - Confetti - Streamers - Heart Balloon - Heart Grey - Party Glass - Sombrero STATUS ====== Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
