SYMPTOMS
Before Update begins applying the latest files to your Windows NT installation, it asks if you would like to cancel. If you choose cancel, Update incorrectly states that Setup has failed:
Setup failed to update the system.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT and Windows NT Advanced Server version 3.1. This problem was corrected in the latest U.S. Service Pack for Windows NT and Windows NT Advanced Server version 3.1.
