SUMMARY

There is a documentation error in “Using Microsoft Word” on page 329, in the section entitled “To add a new merge field to a Data File”.

The following statement is incorrect:

This procedure inserts a new column of cells in the data file to the left of the column that contains the cursor.

This is not true. Instead, the above statement should say the following:

This procedure inserts a new column of cells in the data file at the right end of the table.
