The Microsoft Mail Gateway to MCI has a hard-coded login procedure that cannot support the login procedure for MCI’s Global Access. There is no workaround.
MCI Global Access is a new feature, designed to enable international use of MCI Mail. It was added after Microsoft Mail Gateway to MCI version 2.1b was shipped.
