FIX: CURDIR() Returns a Backslash or Random Characters ID: Q104467 2.50 WINDOWS kbprg kbfixlist kbbuglist The information in this article applies to: Microsoft FoxPro for Windows, version 2.5 SYMPTOMS The CURDIR() function returns a backslash or random characters instead of a null string for a disk drive that does not exist. STATUS Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in FoxPro 2.5 for Windows. This problem was corrected in FoxPro 2.5a for Windows. Steps to Reproduce Problem In the Command window, type the following  ? CURDIR("m:") where "m:" is a disk drive that does not exist.
