------------------------------------------------------------------- The information in this article applies to: - Microsoft Publisher for Windows, versions 2.0, 2.0a - Microsoft Publisher for Windows 95, version 3.0 ------------------------------------------------------------------- SYMPTOMS ======== If a metafile containing a large white field without a border is formatted with an irregular wrap and then Original Size is selected in the Scale Picture dialog box, the wrap boundary becomes very large, trying to encompass the large white field. MORE INFORMATION ================ Steps to Reproduce Behavior in Publisher 2.x -------------------------------------------- 1. Draw a rectangle. 2. From the Format menu, choose Shading and set the shading to Clear. 3. From the Format menu, choose Border and select None. 4. Draw a small circle inside the rectangle. 5. Select both objects (press CTRL while selecting the objects with your mouse). 6. From the Edit menu, choose Copy Objects. 7. From the Edit menu, choose Paste Special and select Picture from the As Selection box. 8. From the Layout menu, choose Picture Frame Properties and select Picture Only under Wrap Text Around. 9. From the Format menu, choose Scale Picture and select Original Size. 10. Choose OK. Rather than resizing the picture to its original size, the polygon wrap is now considerably larger than the circle.
