When FoxFont 14 point is used as the screen font, text displayed to the desktop is very large and distorted. FoxFont 9 point is the default screen font in FoxPro 2.5 and 2.5a for Windows. If the font size is changed to 13 point, there is no noticeable change, as compared to FoxFont 9 point, when a DISPLAY STRUCTURE command is issued. However, when FoxFont 14 point is used, the results of the DISPLAY STRUCTURE command are very large and the letters have jagged edges. This strange appearance occurs because the Windows internal font mapper is doing its best to convert and expand the requested font size while maintaining the character meaning.
