This will occur if you are running Microsoft Windows 3.0. Publisher 2.0 requires Microsoft Windows 3.1. Publisher will not generate an error message that states that Microsoft Windows 3.1 is required for setup and usage. In Publisher version 2.0a, this has been changed. Version 2.0a notifies you that you must have Windows 3.1 installed before you can install Publisher. RESOLUTION ========== Install Microsoft Windows 3.1, then reinstall Publisher 2.0.
