SYMPTOMS
========

If you create a new publication by importing a non-Publisher file
while a publication is already open, a general protection (GP) fault
may occur. This problem occurs when the first publication is set up
for special paper.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Publisher versions 2.0 and
2.0a. This problem was corrected in Publisher version 3.0 for Windows 95.

RESOLUTION
==========

To avoid this problem, close the publication that is set up for
special paper before you create a new publication by importing a
non-Publisher file.
