SYMPTOMS
Your IBM PS/2 computer may hang (stop responding) when you use the CAPTURE.COM utility, supplied with Word for MS-DOS, if all four of the following conditions are true:
You are running with MS-DOS or PC-DOS version 4.0x.
You use the MS-DOS utility KEYB.COM to switch between two country settings for your keyboard.
You select the Clipping option in CAPTURE.COM.
You capture a graphics screen or you capture a text screen within an application.
Note: When you capture a text screen within an application, the computer hangs later, after you modify and/or accept the proposed filename.
CAUSE
CAPTURE.COM and KEYB.COM are incompatible when running with MS-DOS or PC-DOS version 4.0x.
