When you print a Cost Envelope Report in Microsoft Project, the report legend will only print out whole numbers. On page 366 of the manual, the legend in the picture shows a value 2.0233. However, when the report is printed, you only see the value 2 in the legend–the remainder of the number is truncated.

There is no way to format the number to include decimal places.

A cost envelope report offers a graphical representation of cash-flow planning. It graphs an overall picture of project costs for early start dates, late start dates, and actual start dates. The early and late start dates form an “envelope” around the scheduled start dates.
