SUMMARY

When you set up Microsoft Bookshelf, you are given the option to integrate Bookshelf with Microsoft Word for Windows if certain conditions are met.

You are given the option to integrate Bookshelf with Word for Windows if the following conditions are met:

  • A non-networked version of Word version 2.0, 2.0a, 2.0b, or 2.0c is installed.

  • Microsoft Windows version 3.1 or later is installed.

  • The WIN.INI file contains a [Microsoft Word 2.0] section that includes the following line specifying a directory containing a valid WINWORD.EXE file:

    programdir=<drive>:<Word path>.exe

  • There is enough space on the hard disk to support integration with Word. At least 10 MB of space on the hard disk is required.
