SYMPTOMS

When you use the version of CONVERT.EXE included with versions 3.0, 3.0b, and 3.2 of Microsoft Mail for Windows, and the Mail server's hard disk is completely full, a general protection fault (GP fault) will occur when you attempt to convert folders.

RESOLUTION

There is no loss of data and, after freeing hard drive space on the server, you can rerun CONVERT.EXE.
