SUMMARY

In Microsoft Works 2.0 and 3.0, the StDev function will deliver a zero if all of the numbers in a given selection are of equal value.

Example

If you have the following cells:

A1: 5 A2: 5 A3: 5 A4: 5 A5: 5 A6: =stdev(a1:a5)

Works will return a zero in A6.
