SYMPTOMS
========

When you resize or move an object in Publisher, the dotted frame
boundary may be missing if you are using an ATI MACH 32 video driver
at 800 x 600 resolution with 65,000 colors.

NOTE: Display problems may also occur with the layout margin guides,
tool ribbon, or tool bar.

STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Publisher versions 2.0 and
2.0a. This problem was corrected in Publisher version 3.0 for Windows 95.

RESOLUTION
==========

To solve this problem, drag the left ruler away from the edge of the
workspace.

Steps to Reproduce Problem
--------------------------

The object boundary outline will be missing if you do the following:

1. Draw an object with the Shape tool.

2. Click the object and move it.
