SYMPTOMS
WinFAX Pro hangs when sending a fax under Windows NT.
CAUSE
WinFAX Pro uses a custom 16-bit printer driver. Windows NT does not support 16-bit printer drivers.
RESOLUTION
To work around this problem, contact Delrina Technology Inc. to obtain NTFAX Pro.
