SYMPTOMS

WORKAROUND

To successfully install Publisher, you may need to remove the virus protection software from memory by doing the following:

  1. Exit Windows and restart your computer.
  2. Disable your virus-protection software. (See your virus-protection software manual for instructions.)
  3. Restart your computer again.
  4. Restart Windows and run the Publisher Setup program again.
  5. After Setup has completed, turn on your virus-protection software again. (See your virus-protection software manual for instructions.)
