SUMMARY
Works does not directly support the Texas Instruments Omni 800 model 865 printer. According to Texas Instruments technical support, it emulates the Epson MX-80. The Epson MX-80 is supported in Works 2.0 by EPSONMX.PRD on the Microsoft Works Conversion and Supplemental Setup Kit #2. In Works 3.0, the MX80.PRD printer driver is located on the Supplemental Printer Drivers Kit #1.
Microsoft has not tested these emulations and therefore cannot guarantee proper functionality.
To obtain the supplemental kit, call Microsoft End User Sales at (800) 426-9400 and request the Microsoft Works Conversion and Supplemental Setup Kit #2 for Works version 2.0 or the Supplemental Printer Drivers Kit #1 for Works 3.0, respectively.
