SUMMARY
Page 311 of the "Function Reference" version 4.0 incorrectly describes the procedure for entering an array formula. The manual states the following:
To enter the OR formula as an array, press CTRL+SHIFT (in Microsoft Excel for Windows) or COMMAND+SHIFT (in Microsoft Excel for the Macintosh).
This information is also incorrect in online Help.
The correct key combinations to use to enter an array formula are:
CONTROL+SHIFT+ENTER in Microsoft Excel for Windows COMMAND+ENTER in Microsoft Excel for the Macintosh
