When you run Microsoft Undelete for Windows and choose Find (or Find Deleted Files), you must type the filename (*.BAT) in uppercase. If you type the filename in lowercase (*.bat), Microsoft Undelete reports "No Deleted Files Found."

NOTE: The Ignore Case option only applies to text contained within the deleted file and the Containing box refers to a text string that is in the deleted file you want to search for.
