SUMMARY
To create a border around cells in a Microsoft Works spreadsheet, do the following:
- Highlight the range of cells that you want to create a border around.
- From the Format menu, choose Format Cells.
- Select Outline Selection.
To remove a border around a range of cells in a spreadsheet, do the following:
- Select the range of cells.
- From the Format menu, choose Format Cells.
- The Outline Selection box will not be selected. You must double-click the Outline selection box. Click once to select it, then click again clear the selection.
- Click OK.
The border then disappears.
