Internet Explorer 6 is a web browser developed by Microsoft. Internet Explorer 6 came installed with Windows XP.
Criticism
Due to the fact that Internet Explorer 6 has very poor support for Web Standards, and has been shipped with Windows XP, which is still the most widely used operating system (as of May 2010) so far, Web Developers have often criticized Microsoft and the Internet Explorer Development Team for making such a terrible web browser.
