SYMPTOMS
You use a Microsoft Entourage for Mac client to send a recurring meeting request to a Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 resource mailbox. Additionally, the resource mailbox is registered to use Microsoft Exchange Server Auto Accept Agent to process schedules automatically. In this situation, you receive a message that states that the meeting request was declined. This occurs even though the meeting request should be accepted. Additionally, the following event is logged on the computer on which Auto Accept Agent is installed:
Event Type: Error Event Source: Auto Accept Agent Event ID: 4097 Description: Exception occurred while processing item "file://./backofficestorage/test.com/MBX/test/Inbox/test01.EML". This item will not be processed. The exception information is: System.NotSupportedException: Culture "en" is a neutral culture. CAUSE
This problem occurs because Microsoft Entourage for Mac cannot send valid location information to Exchange 2003. Therefore, Exchange 2003 automatically declines the meeting request.
RESOLUTION
