SYMPTOMS
When you visit the Zune.net Web site, you receive the following error message:
CAUSE
You experience this behavior when the Web browser is configured not to allow cookies from the Zune.net Web site.
THINGS TO TRY
- Configure the Web browser to allow cookies from the Zune.net Web site.
Note If you use a Web browser other than Internet Explorer, see the support information for that browser.
To configure Internet Explorer to allow cookies from the Zune.net Web site, follow these steps:
- Start Internet Explorer.
- On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
- On the Privacy tab under Settings, move the slider to a setting that is no higher than Medium High.
- Click OK.
- Close all Internet Explorer windows.
- Restart Internet Explorer, and then again try to access the Zune.net Web site.
