SYMPTOMS
When you enable envelope journaling in Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, the incoming and outgoing e-mail messages in a source mailbox are embedded in new journaling messages in the journaling mailbox. If the source mailbox and the journaling mailbox are located in different mailbox stores on the same server that is running Exchange 2003, the PR_MESSAGE_DELIVERY_TIME attribute of the embedded messages cannot be displayed. Additionally, if you use a MAPI client to open the embedded message in the journaling mailbox, you may find that the envelope journaling message has no received header.
