After you enter your credentials in the Microsoft SoftGrid client logon dialog box and then click OK, you are repeatedly prompted to enter your credentials.
This behavior occurs if the domain name, the user name, or the password is invalid. This behavior also occurs if the user name is not in the
domain name\user name format.
