This article describes how to enable query logging for ProClarity Desktop Professional and for ProClarity Web Professional.

Warning Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly by using Registry Editor or by using another method. These problems might require that you reinstall the operating system. Microsoft cannot guarantee that these problems can be solved. Modify the registry at your own risk.

To enable query logging for ProClarity Desktop Professional and for ProClarity Web Professional, follow these steps:

  1. Click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK.
  2. Locate and then click to select the following registry key:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ProClarity Corporation\Server

  3. Right-click QueryLoggingEnabled, and then click Modify.
  4. In the Value data box, change the value from 0 to 1.
  5. Right-click SessionLoggingEnabled, and then click Modify.
  6. In the Value data box, change the value from 0 to 1.
  7. Exit Registry Editor.

After you complete these steps, the Query.log file will be generated in the following folder:

%USERPROFILE%\Application Data\ProClarity\Client
