SYMPTOMS
When you try to add a new package version by using the SoftGrid Management Console, you receive the following error message:
When this problem occurs, an entry that resembles the following is logged in the SoftGrid Management Console log file (Sftmmc.log):
CAUSE
This problem may occur when the .SFT file that you specify for the package version is not a "package upgrade" copy of the original package .SFT file.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, make sure that you add the .SFT file to the correct package.
