NA
{23,63,f1,0f,c3,62,1a,7c,aa,47,8d,3b,37,9a,d1,db,c4,79,cb,bf}

The validation failed because the two digests do not match.
CAUSE
This problem occurs if one of the following conditions is true:
- A process changes the rights policy template in the SQL database.
- The calculated digest and the embedded digest do not match. Therefore, XrML 1.2 signature validation is unsuccessful.

To resolve this problem, follow these steps:
- Log on to the RMS server.
- Click Start, point to All Programs, point to Windows RMS, and then click Windows RMS Administration.
- In the Provisioning and Administration area, click Administer RMS on this Web site.
- Under Administration links, click Rights policy templates, and then click the rights policy template.
- On the Rights policy template settings page, click Submit.
