SYMPTOMS
When you open Help in Microsoft Expression Web, you may receive an error message.
CAUSE
This issue may occur if the language settings for the 2007 Microsoft Office programs do not match the language settings for Expression Web.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, change the language settings for the 2007 Office programs to match the language settings for your installation of Expression Web. To do this, follow these steps:
- Click Start, point to All Programs, point to Microsoft Office, point to Microsoft Office Tools, and then click Microsoft Office 2007 Language Settings.
- In the Microsoft Office 2007 Language Settings dialog box, click the Display Language tab.
- In the Display Help in box, click the language that matches the language version of Expression Web that you installed.
