SYMPTOMS
Blog categories do not work as expected in Microsoft Office Word 2007.
CAUSE
This issue occurs after you upgrade to the original release version of Word 2007 from Microsoft Office Word 2007 Beta 2 or from Microsoft Office Word 2007 Beta 2 Technical Refresh (TR).
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, delete and then re-create the blog account. To do this, follow these steps:
- Start Word 2007.
- Click the Microsoft Office Button, click New, and then double-click New blog post.
- Click Manage Accounts.
- Click the blog account that you want, and then click Remove.
- Click New, and then follow the instructions on the screen to re-create the blog account.
