SYMPTOMS
In Microsoft Office Word 2007, you may receive an error message that resembles the following when you try to create a new LiveJournal blog account:
To verify the error message that you receive, press Ctrl+Shift+I. The following number is displayed in the lower-right corner of this error message dialog box:
CAUSE
This issue occurs because Word 2007 does not recognize the response from the LiveJournal server.

The first time that you try to create a LiveJournal blog account in Word 2007, you are prompted for your LiveJournal user name and password. After you provide your user name and your password, you receive the error message that is mentioned in the "Symptoms" section. If you try to create a LiveJournal blog account again, you are not prompted for your user name and your password. Instead, you immediately receive the error message that is mentioned in the "Symptoms" section.
