SYMPTOMS

On a Microsoft Windows Small Business Server 2003 (Windows SBS)-based computer, you install Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server 2000 or ISA Server 2004.

When you run the installation, the Setup program cannot create the SBS Internet Users security group. Additionally, when you run the Internet Connection Wizard (ICW), you are prompted to create a security group that uses the name Internet Users by using the Add Security Group Wizard.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, first use the Add Security Group Wizard to create a security group that is called Internet Users. Then manually modify the Internet Users security group name so that it is called SBS Internet Users.

Note The security group name SBS Internet Users is a pre-Windows 2000 name.
