SYMPTOMS
Consider the following scenario. You use Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 to create one of the following items in a Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 site:
- An appointment
- A discussion board item
- A contact
- A task
The new item contains two or more single lines of text. Then, you visit the Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 site. In this scenario, the lines of text are double spaced when you open the new item in Outlook 2007. For example, the lines of text appear as follows:
Single line of text.
Single line of text.
Single line of text.
Additionally, the lines of text are double spaced when you open the new item in Windows Internet Explorer. However, Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 discussion board items appear correctly in Internet Explorer.
