INTRODUCTION
Issue that the hotfix package fixes
This hotfix package fixes the following issue that was not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
- When you try to export calendar data from Outlook 2003 to a Microsoft Excel worksheet (.xls) or to a comma-separated values file (.csv), Outlook closes unexpectedly (crashes). This problem occurs if the recipient list for appointments includes personal distribution lists that do not contain an e-mail address.
