SYMPTOMS
After you send a fax to multiple recipients in Microsoft Windows XP, some recipients do not receive the fax.
CAUSE
This problem occurs because The Fax Service (Fxssvc.exe) does not randomly create outgoing fax jobs for some recipients.
RESOLUTION

You use the fax console program in Windows XP to send the fax to multiple recipients. The Fax Service should create an individual outgoing fax job for each recipient.
