SYMPTOMS
When you play the files on an Xbox 360 console, video files that you download from the Xbox Live Marketplace appear choppy or distorted.
CAUSE
Typically, you experience this behavior if you try to play the video file before the file has completely downloaded. Or, you experience this behavior if you try to play high definition content on a standard definition television.
Note Sometimes, you can play video files as the files are downloading or during the streaming process if you have a fast Internet connection.
THINGS TO TRY
- Download the complete video file before you try to play the file.
