The hotfix that is discussed in this article is not available for the Chinese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM or for the Japanese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
SYMPTOMS
Consider the following scenario in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Professional Edition for Service Providers version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Laptop Client for Microsoft Office Outlook. While online, you synchronize the Microsoft CRM offline data to Microsoft Outlook. Then, you lose the network connection while you are working online. You then exit and restart Outlook. In this scenario, the offline data for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Laptop Client for Outlook is not available.
RESOLUTION
Hotfix information
A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix might receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, we recommend that you wait for the next service pack that contains this hotfix.

Installation information
