When you use the RSA SecurID authentication feature in Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server 2006, user authentication may be unsuccessful when the user name includes a space.

This problem occurs when you use RSA Authentication Agent 5.3.

This problem occurs because RSA Authentication Agent 5.3 does not correctly decode the SecurID cookie that the ISA server generates.

To resolve this problem, apply the RSA SecurCare fix. For more information about this fix, visit the following RSA SecurCare Online Web site.

Note To access this Web site, you must be registered for RSA SecurCare Online.
