The information in this article applies to:
- Microsoft Word for the Macintosh versions 4.0, 5.0

SUMMARY

To display all available styles from the ruler in Microsoft Word for the Macintosh versions 4.0 and 5.0, do the following:

  1. Hold down the SHIFT key.
  2. Click the down arrow to the right of the style selection box on the ruler.

You can now select any of these styles and apply them in your document.

In Word 4.0, the list that shows is the same as the one that shows when the SHIFT key is held down while choosing All Styles from the Format menu.

In Word 5.0, the list that shows is the same as the one that shows when you choose Style from the Format menu and select the All Entries option button.
