Works 2.00: Compaq Gas Plasma Display Is Blank

SUMMARY
The Compaq gas plasma screen must be set to CGA mode for Works version 2.00 to display properly. If this setting is not correct, Works will come up with a blank screen and hang the system.
The following are two ways to place the gas plasma display into a CGA mode:
- At the DOS prompt, type MODE SEL CGA.
- You can physically change the mode to CGA by setting the jumper on the Compaq video card to bridge pins 1 and 2 of jumper block E23.
