The information in this article applies to:

- Microsoft Word for Windows versions 1.0, 1.1, 1.1a, 2.0, 2.0a, 2.0a-CD, 2.0b, 2.0c

Summary:

To access the Control Panel and/or the Clipboard from within Word for Windows, follow the steps below:

1. Press ALT+SPACEBAR, U.

2. Do one of the following:

   1. To run Clipboard, press the ENTER key.

   2. To run Control Panel, press ALT+P, ENTER.

   Pressing the ESC key aborts running either of the applications and returns you to the previous screen.

To exit either of the above applications, press ALT+SPACEBAR, C.
