SUMMARY
It has been reported that when running Word on a system with QUADCLOK.SYS installed, the mouse moves very slowly and sometimes takes more than one click of the mouse button to execute a command. QUADCLOK.SYS is a program that sets the system clock and is used with a Quadram video board.
Disabling QUADCLOK.SYS from memory corrects the problem.
This problem has not been confirmed by Microsoft. Microsoft has not tested QUADCLOK.SYS and therefore cannot guarantee its results.
