The information in this article applies to:
- Microsoft Works for MS-DOS, versions 2.0 and 3.0

SUMMARY

When a number followed by an “e” and another number is entered in a cell of the Spreadsheet or field of the Database, Works assumes a number in exponential form has been entered.

For example, if “15e3” (without the quotation marks) is entered, it is replaced by “15000”.
