You chose the File Convert command and there was an error reading the file from the disk drive.
If the file is located on a floppy disk, remove the disk containing the file, insert it into the drive again, and then choose File Convert (ALT+F+V) again. If the message persists, or if the file is located on a hard disk, contact your computer dealer.
