Mouse Cursor Disappears Near Window Border

SUMMARY
The mouse cursor may disappear when moved on top of the window border if the window border is the same color as the window background.
This problem occurs most noticeably on monochrome display adapters.
Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information as it becomes available.
