SUMMARY
You can run either of the following self tests on the Hewlett-Packard DeskJet and DeskJet Plus printers to show which cartridges and soft fonts are available for printing:
- With the printer turned on, simultaneously press the FONT and RESET keys. The printer then prints a header and a sample of the characters available for each font. The header contains the location of the font (for example, internal or the cartridge name), font name, pitch, and point size.
- Hold down the FONT button and turn the printer on.
